In 2017, an old school friend asked us to help with his new cheese and wine boutique in Solingen. This resulted in a bold and fresh brand concept for tradition-bound cheese connoisseurs and the vino enthusiasts of tomorrow. Today, Ausgereift Käse&Wein is a flourishing place to go for regular customers and a permanent culinary fixture in Solingen's city centre and beyond.
